I'm sorry, I'm too tired to post any cute stories to go along with this post tonight. But I think the pictures speak for themselves. I will say though, that every year we have staunchly bought a real Christmas tree, but this year, we decided to buy a fake one off of Craigslist. Although I miss the smell and the warm, fuzzy feeling that a Christmas tree brings, I do not miss the pokey pine needles, the sloshy water, and the constant fear that at any moment the tree could self-ignite and burn our entire house to the ground. So, on that note...
(p.s. It might boost the Christmas-y feel of this post if you listened to Christmas music and drank hot chocolate while you read this. Just a tip.)
